The NYPenn Chapter of ACHMM invites your company to join us as a corporate sponsor!
We are a group of hazardous materials managers and health & safety professionals in southern New York and northern Pennsylvania who have organized for the purpose of fostering professional development and promoting the advancement of our professions. Through the promotion of the Certified Hazardous Materials Manager (CHMM) credential, we strive to cultivate the fields of hazardous waste management and industrial hygiene and thereby contribute to the protection of human health and the environment. Our Chapter is one of 65 chapters nationwide representing over 4,000 members.
Our membership includes professionals employed by academia, government and the private sector. We provide our members with various educational and networking opportunities throughout the course of the year. As part of the community outreach initiative known as “CHMMunity”, our Chapter offers an annual college scholarship to a high school or college student planning to enter a program related to the hazardous waste management or industrial hygiene fields. Since 2005, we have sponsored the CHMM National Overview Course which is a review course designed to help qualified professionals prepare for the CHMM examination.
At this time, we are seeking corporate sponsors to help support our endeavors for 2008. For an annual donation, your company can enjoy the following benefits according to a three tier sponsorship criteria:

$200 per year
• Your company’s logo, weblink, and brief description/advertisement (50 words or less) will be posted on our website.
• An opportunity for your company to make a brief (20-minute) educational presentation or sales pitch at an upcoming chapter meeting; and
• A $50 discount on a NYPenn ACHMM sponsored CHMM review course (One employee per year. Must be redeemed in the same year of sponsorship).

$100 per year
• Your company’s logo and web link will be posted on our website; and
• An opportunity for your company to make a brief (20-minute) educational presentation or sales pitch at an upcoming chapter meeting.

$50 per year
