Amy Twiss has been actively involved in the NYPenn Chapter of ACHMM since 2004. Ms. Twiss is currently a Safety Specialist for the State University of New York at Cortland. In this position, she is responsible for managing the campus' hazardous waste program, assisting with management and oversight of Environmental Health and Safety (EH&S) Programs, and conducting routine EH&S inspections/audits. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Empire State College.

Kim Stamberger is a new member of the NYPenn Chapter of ACHMM. She received CHMM certification in May 2005. Ms. Stamberger is currently a Senior Account Manager for Clean Harbors and covers a sales territory in Central New York. In this position she is responsible for managing all hazardous and non-hazardous disposal activities for her customer base. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Natural Resources from Cornell University.

John Ruspantini has been actively involved in the NYPenn Chapter of ACHMM since 2000 and has previously served as Chapter Secretary (2002-2003). Mr. Ruspantini is currently a project manager for NYSEG’s TeamNY Environmental Compliance Department. In this position, he is responsible for managing the investigation and remediation of former manufactured gas plants sites across New York State. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Binghamton University.

Jerry Gordon was one of the founding members of the Chapter and has served as Chapter Vice-President, President and Past-President, and is currently serving as the Chapter's webmaster. Mr. Gordon is currently the Research Safety Programs Manager for the Cornell University Department of Environmental Health and Safety. He holds Bachelor of Science degree in Public Affairs and a Masters of Science degree in Environmental Science from Indiana University - Bloomington, and a Master of Business Administration from Binghamton University.

Julie Harrington has been involved in the NYPENN Chapter of ACHMM since September 2006 and has previously served as Director-At-Large. Ms. Harrington is currently the Site Industrial Health & Safety Manager for Norwich Pharmaceuticals, Inc. in Norwich, NY. In this position she is responsible for management of Industrial Hygiene, Safety and Health programs. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Rochester Institute of Technology.

Tracy Blazicek was one of the founding members of the Chapter and has served as Chapter President and Treasurer. Mr. Blazicek is currently a senior project manager for NYSEG’s Team NY Environmental Compliance Department where he is responsible for managing the investigation and remediation of former manufactured gas plant sites across New York State. He holds Bachelor of Science degrees in Forest Management and Biology from the State University of New York College of Environmental Science and Forestry. Mr. Blazicek is also a Lieutenant and interior firefighter with the Conklin Fire Department.

Bryan Seal has been involved in the NYPenn Chapter since January 2006 and volunteered to be the Chapter Secretary at his first meeting. Mr. Seal is currently the Assistant Area Director for Health at the Syracuse Area Office of OSHA. As the Lead Industrial Hygienist, his responsibilities run the full range of Industrial Hygiene, Safety and Environmental Health. He holds both Bachelor’s and Master’s of Science degrees in Environmental Health Science and Engineering from Penn State University.
